| 本文介绍了秦岭电厂低洼地改造工程中进行现场水力冲填施工试验的成果，论证了平原场地条件下水力机械输浆、冲填粉煤灰筑坝的可行性。初步确定了相应的施工工艺，并评价了该施工方法的填筑效果。表明该施工技术是有效、安全、可行的。 |

| In this paper, the study on construction of hydraulic-fill ash dam in plain is presented. The feasibility of using slurry pump to transport fly ash for dam construction is demonstrated. The technological process for dam construction is investigated and the result is proved to be effective, safe and feasible. |
