      该研究项目是结合在建的沙牌碾压混凝土拱坝而进行的。本文总结了碾压混凝土拱坝横缝或诱导缝重复灌浆的最新研究成果,着重介绍重复灌浆管路系统布置、橡胶套阀出浆盒的结构、超细水泥灌浆材料的性能以及在有裂缝的混凝土块上进行的模拟灌浆试验结果。试验结果表明,橡胶套阀的开环压力为0.06MPa~0.15MPa,在一个月内能实现2~3次重复灌浆,超细水泥灌浆材料能灌入0.2~0.3mm的混凝土裂缝。

      This study is conducted specially in connection with Shapai RCC arch dam, the highest one under construction in the world at present. Based on the latest experiences summarized by the authors, a scheme of the general layout of the grouting pipeline system and the details of the rubber sleeve valve, which served as the outlet of grouting, are studied. The experiment results show that the rubber sleeve valve can be opened at a pressure of 0.06~0.16MPa and re-grouted 2~3 times in a month. The grouting material based on ultra-fine cement can be injected into the cracks about 0.2~0.3mm in width.
