通过对某电厂进水流道体型优化的模型试验研究,表明在弯道段设置合适的导流栅可以有效地控制弯道环流的产生和发展,缩短纵向流速分布调整的距离,较快使水流动量在横断面上重新分配均匀。通过对试验成果的分析研究,给出了导流栅形式与水流动量分配均匀度之间的依存关系,以及无量纲最优水力条件与导流栅综合几何因子间的相关方程,可供弯曲流道的导流栅设计参考。 |

Appropriately setting up diversion grid in curved channel can effectively control the generation and development of helical flow, shorten the distance for longitudinal velocity distribution adjustment and uniformly reallocate the flow momentum in the cross section quickly. Based on the model test, the relationship of diversion grid shape and uniformity of momentum allocation as well as the relationship of optimal momentum allocation and complicated geometrical factors of diversion grid are investigated. |
