| 本文介绍了1999年我国长江、嫩江洪水预报中，根据6、7、8月份天文背景和海洋背景发生异常改变时，对预报长江和嫩江洪水做出不同调整的效果。结果说明日海地新关系动力水文学长期预报原理可靠，并提出两个背景发生异常改变时，应依据现实的黑子数和耀斑等变化调整水文预报。 |

| The effect of adjustment on flood forecast according to the extraordinary variation of astronomy and maritime factors in flood season is investigated.It is found that the principle of long term hydrological forecast based on the interaction among sun,ocean and earth is believable.It is demonstrated that the adjustments of flood forecast according to the extraordinary variation of sunspots and other astronomy phenomena are very important. |
