      针对目前导流风险研究不能解决实时风险率计算问题,本文提出了基于日径流模拟的围堰实时挡水风险率估计方法。首先,根据实测水文序列由系统辨识方法得到日径流序列的随机模拟模型;然后,用此模型结合当前来流和实际施工进度来估算围堰实时的挡水风险率,从而为围堰施工进度的实时调整和临时防洪渡汛

      This paper presents a method for estimating the water retaining real time risk of cofferdam using stream flow simulation.Based on the measured hydrologic series,a stochastic model for daily stream flow has been established by means of system identification technique.The model is used to estimate the real time risk according to the actual flood and construction schedule.It is helpful for adjustment of the construction schedule and decision making of flood control.
