本文提出非粘性颗粒悬浮液流变性质随颗粒体积浓度的变化过程中存在一个二阶相变。在假设颗粒为均匀圆球,且颗粒排列方式为简立方结构的简化条件下,利用三维简立方定向座渗流模型作为描述悬浮液宾汉极限剪切力产生的物理机制的简化物理图像,得到悬浮液流变性质相变体积浓度的理论值为0.173,这个值可以作为相变体积浓度的理论下限值。 |

It is supposed that there is a second order phase transition in the changing process of rheologic characteristic for varying volume concentration in non-viscous grain suspension.A directed cubic site-percolation model is introduced as the simplified physical picture of the forming mechanism of Bingham yield stress in suspension.Theoretically analytical concentration is 0.173,and it could be inlerpret as the theoretical lower limit of transition volume concentration. |
