| The paper describes the application of self organization feature maps(SOFM)such as Kohonen networks to the analysis of spatial temporal patterns of eutrophication in Taihu Lake and the main forcing dynamics.General aspects of SOFM are presented and a real case study on the eutrophication data anlysis is carried out to detail the procedure of application.Some preliminary ideas for further study are also presented for discussion. |
