| 本文结合海河口实际清淤工程的要求，分别在海河口闸下1+00断面处(2＃排泥场)、闸下2+00断面处(4＃排泥场)、闸下3+00断面处(7＃排泥场)取样，对粘性泥沙的特性和起动规律进行了试验研究，通过对试验和计算成果的分析，得出新港海河口淤泥起动遵循粘性细颗粒泥沙起动规律，可以用延伸希尔兹曲线加以描述，并对海河口清淤工作提出了建议。 |

| The characteristics and incipient law of cohesive sediment are experimentally studied.The samples are taken from the downstream ofthe tidal gate in Haihe River estuary.The experimental and calculation results show that the incipient of the sediment obeys the Shiled theory and can be described by the extended Shiled′s curve. |
