| 本文在阐述西北地区盐渍土分布、形成特点的基础上，审视了西北地区盐渍土开发利用状况、农业生产水平及其两者间的关系，指出在开发利用中存在农田面积过大、灌溉效率低、地下水开发利用程度低、缺乏排盐规划和对盐害认识的纰漏等5个方面的问题，并提出了相应的对策建议。 |

| A review on distribution and formation of salted soil in Northwest China as well as the present status of utilization and development is presented.It is pointed out that there exist five problems in the development of salted soil:excessive irrigation area,low irrigation efficiency,inadequate exploitation of ground water,lack of drainage planing and misunderstanding on salt damage.The corresponding countermeasures on these aspects are proposed. |
