本文应用弹性力学知识进行理论分析,结合已有的研究成果,提出了由钢筋均匀锈蚀导致的外围混凝土保护层胀裂时刻和胀裂以前的钢筋锈胀力计算公式,并探讨了与钢筋锈胀力相关的各个影响因素,认为:钢筋锈蚀率对钢筋锈胀力的影响最大,随钢筋锈蚀率增加,钢筋锈胀力迅速增加;混凝土等级对钢筋锈胀力影响甚微,而影响构件外围混凝土保护层胀裂时刻钢筋锈胀力终值的大小;钢筋锈胀力随混凝土保护层厚度的增加而略有增加,但与钢筋直径的增加则相反;同时钢筋直径对钢筋锈胀力的影响程度要大于混凝土保护层厚度的影响。 |

In this paper,the formulas of corroded expansion expansion force(CEF) are established based on mechanics of elasticity.Some factors related to CEF are discussed。It is concluded that: the corrosion rate of steel bars is the most important factor that affecting the expansion fore;the concrete grade has nothing to do with the CEF but it affects the ultimate force during cracking.With the increaxse of the thickness of protective covering,the CEF increases slightly;whereas,with the increase of the bar diameter,the CEF decreases.The influence of abr diameter is stronger than the thickness of concrete protective covering layer. |
