| 将模糊理论和神经网络相结合，建立了基于模糊聚类算法的模糊神经网络的大坝安全监控模型，并针对某一大坝变形水平位移实测数据进行分析，计算结果表明，其拟合和预报精度优于常规统计模型，从而表明这一模型的有效性。 |

| The author combinned the fuzzy theory with the neural network and established a dam monitoring model of fuzzy neural network,which was based on the cluster algorithm.An example was given for the analysis of horizontal displacement measured at a dam project.The result shows that the monitoring model is more precise than the regression model. |
