| 三峡工程大坝混凝土使用花岗岩做人工骨料，花岗岩骨料本身含有5%～10%的碱，这些碱有一小部分是可以溶出并参与碱骨料反应的，参照法国国家临时标准(LCP No.37,1994年)、巴黎大学Pierre Marie Curie(UMPC)方法和常规浸泡方法，对花岗岩骨料的溶出碱进行了试验，结果表明：花岗岩骨料样品的溶出碱与试验温度、用时及骨料粒径有关。在300h、80℃条件下，花岗岩人工砂溶出碱与全碱量的比值为0.0092%，花岗岩碎石溶出碱与全碱量比值为0.012%。此外，还对水泥、粉煤灰、外加剂等的溶出碱进行了分析，并计算了该工程大坝混凝土几种典型配合比的溶出碱总含量。 |

| The soluble alkali in crushed granite aggregates of the Three Gorges Project contain 5%-10% of alkali,a small fraction of which is dissolvable and reactive.In this paper,the experimental study result of the dissolvable alkali is presented.Three methods including the France Temporary Standard method,Pierre Marie Method and normal saturation method is applied for testing.It is found that the amount of dissolvable alkali is related to temperature,duration and aggregate size.Under the condition of 80℃,after 300h,the dissolvable alkali of crushed granite sand is 0092% of the total alkali and it is 0012% for crushed stone.Besides,the dissolvable alkali in cement,fly ash and admixture is also analyzed and the total content of dissolvable alkali in concrete is determined. |
