      本文分析了现代农业与生态节水理论研究的发展态势和热点问题及我国农业与生态节水理论创新滞后而严重制约农业与生态节水工作正常开展的状况。提出了我国农业与生态节水理论创新的总体目标，分析了创新的技术难点，提出了重大研究课题。
英文摘要:
      The development tendency and new ideas of theory for water saving in modern agriculture and ecology are analyzed and the problems restraining the development in China are pointed out. The target of development and the key research topics for accelerating the development in China are suggested. The difficult points of these topics are discussed.
