      本文根据水资源量可再生能力的评判条件,提出了水资源量再生能力评判系数及计算方法,并在水库合理调度和水资源优化配置的基础上,建立了黄河干流水资源再生能力的评判和调控模型。模型对不同需水水平年黄河干流水资源量再生能力进行了评判,并从维持水资源可再生性角度,考虑了南水北调及降低需水水平对黄河水资源可再生能力的调控作用。研究结果表明,该方法为黄河干流水资源可再生能力的评判及水资源可持续利用提供了合理控制阈值的科学依据。
英文摘要:
      According to the judgment criterion of water resources reproducible ability, the judgment coefficient and the method for calculation are proposed. On the basis of coordinative dispatch of reservoirs and optimal allocation of water resources the model for judging and controlling the reproducible ability of Yellow River is established. By means of this model the reproducible abilities of Yellow River for various yearly water demand levels in the year of 2000, 2005, 2010, 2020 and 2030 are deduced. The effects of Water Transfer Project from South to North and reduction of water demand level are further investigated. The result shows that this method provides the reasonable controlling threshold for judgment of water resources reproducible ability and sustainable utilization.
