| A formula is introduced to transform the ordered fuzzy judgment matrix into fuzzy judgment matrix with complete consistency. Then,the simple weighted average method is used to aggregate single preference into group preference. The real-time flood control operation of Biliuhe Reservoir is presented to illustrate the application of the proposed method. |
