| 本文对浙江省珊溪水利工程的移民安置工作进行了深入的调查，分析了该移民安置工程存在的风险因素和地方政府为降低风险采取的各项措施。在此基础上，采用模糊数学的方法对其进行了风险分析和定量评价，其结果与实际情况比较吻合。 |

| On the basis of the on-the-spot investigation, the risk factors existed in the implementation of resettlement and the measures adopted by the local government for reducing the risks in the process of constructing the Shanxi Water Project, Zhejiang Province, China, are analyzed. The fuzzy theory is applied to quantitatively assess the risks. The result is in good agreement with the practice. |
