本文利用遗传算法的内在并行机制及其全局优化的特性,运用一种基于目标排序计算适应度的多目标遗传算法(MOGA),将水资源优化配置问题模拟为生物进化问题,通过判断每一代个体的优化程度来进行优胜劣汰,从而产生新一代,如此反复迭代完成水资源优化配置。优化结果表明,该算法应用在水资源优化配置中是成功的。 |

The Multi-objective Algorithm (MOGA) based on fitness ranking is proposed. By applying this method the optimal deployment of water resources is simulated by the biological evolution.The screening of the inferior is according to the judgment on optimization level of each individual generation, and a new generation is produced accordingly. The result of optimal deployment is obtained by continuous iteration.The proposed method is successfully used to calculate the optimal deployment scheme of a typical region in North China for different levels of annual precipitation. |
