本文首先通过对孤立运行机组、理想PID调速器、冲击式水轮机、刚性水击条件下频率调节质量指标与机组GD^2、调速器参数、水轮机工况及负载自调节系数的函数关系的研究,在波动次数最少、频率最大偏差相对值趋于最小的条件下,得出了确定机组转动惯量GD^2和PID调速器参数最优组合的连锁公式.然后研究了考虑接力器时间常数Ty、水流和管壁弹性条件下GD^2和调速器参数连锁方程的修正.最后介绍了这些连锁方程在两个实际水电站设计中的应用。 |

This paper studies the relationship among the turbine-generator inertia GD^2, PID governor parameters and frequency regulation quality indexes on the condition of ideal PID governors, impulse hydraulic turbine and rigid water hammer. The chain-equations for the determination of GD^2 and PID governor parameters are suggested to minimize the frequency oscillation number and overshoot. Then, the improvement in the chain-equations is made by taking account of the governor inertia and water column and pipe wall elasticity. The applicaton of the chain-equations to the design of two hydropower plants is demonstrated. |
