      本文利用随机振动理论详细地分析了高坝下游水垫塘底板块的失稳破坏机理和板块的起动过程，建立了板块振动过程和脉动上举力之间的统计联系，并在此基础上导出了板块的动态稳定性条件，为板块的设计提供了科学依据。
英文摘要:
      The random vibration theory is appiled to analyze the lifting process of the concrete slabs of the plunge pool downstream of large dam. The statistical relationship between the random vibration of the slabs and fluctuating uplift and the stability condition of slabs are presented.
