| 本文以独流减河为例，建立了淤泥质短引河河口泥沙数学模型，对河口泥沙运动规律进行数学模拟研究，并针对河口规划泄洪能力的要求，就河口泥沙清淤方案进行了优化计算，提出了淤泥质河口设计清淤方案的原则。在数值模拟方面，本文首次应用了杂交有限元新方法。 |

| The sediment mathematical model is established for muddy estuary having short diversion canal. The sediment motion rule is studied and the optimization calculation for dredging scheme is carried out. The multiple hybridization finite element method is applied in the calculation. |
