| 在河海工程设计中，通过选阈取样进行设计参数概率分析的方法已被普遍采用。但一般凭经验确定阈值，不仅任意性较大，而且直接影响概率分析的结果。文中根据超阈值的数学特性，阐述了选阈的数学理论，并通过一系列图表，对一元及多元极值分布推出确定和检验阈值的具体方法。 |

| In view of the thresholds of current sampling method for probability analysis of design parameters including wind,wave and tide are determined empirically,a new procedure for determining the threshold based on mathematical theory according to the characteristics of peak over threshold is proposed.A series of figure such as mean residual life diagram and diagnostic check diagramfor calculation are provided. |
