| The quality limitation for water body in network is based on its function. In the planning of water environment, the permissible discharge amount of pollutant for various sources is calculated according to the quality limitation of the water body. An inverse problem of water pollutant control with restricted conditions is established and the method for calculating the pollution discharge amount is proposed. |
