| A hierarchical model for optimal flood dispatch of multi-reservoir system is proposed. It includes a flood routing model and a discrete differential dynamic program model for the optimal flood dispatch of reservoir sub-system. A new decomposition-coordination algorithm is put forward. The result of case study shows that the mathematical model and its solution technique are feasible and effective in practice. |
