| A distributed mode safety monitoring and alert system is developed and estabilished in the Chenjiaji river section of Yangtze River. The structure, measuring device, model for safety assessment, system software and the main functions of the system are introduced. The method and its principle for automatic monitoring and alet are illustrated in detailed. |
