| The linear system theory and relevant factor theory are applied to deduce the relationship between zero eigenvalues and state variables. The effect of zero eigenvalue on small fluctuation stability is analyzed. The analysis on the stability of the turbine-conduit system in a hydropower station is given as an example to demonstrate the effect of zero eigenvalue and the method for eliminating the effect. |
