| 本文主要研究河流单项水电开发和流域水电梯级开发的环境影响问题, 从两个方面进行分析研究, 一方面是开发项目对环境的有利影响, 即从5个方面进行分析; 另一方面是对环境的不利影响, 根据开发项目的不同阶段, 即建设期、初期蓄水期和运行期3个阶段, 对产生的主要环境问题进行了分析. 并提出在项目的环境影响评价和工程设计阶段, 应注意加强环保措施, 减免开发中的水利环境影响.、、 |

| The impacts of hydropower development on environment in different stages of development including favorable and unfavorable are analyzed. The favorable impacts are: making the most of the hydropower project if the river basin is developed in cascade; reducing the pollution of environment, since the energy obtained is clean; mitigating the flood disaster; creating new wet land; establishing new scenery for recreation providing water to meet the urban and rural demand. The unfavorable impacts include the unfavorable effects on environment during construction, unfavorable effects during early stage of reservoir impounding and in the stage of operation. It is pointed out that attention must be paid to the measures for environment protection during design to mitigate the unfavorable impacts. |
