城市防洪规划方案综合评价系统是由许多自然技术指标和社会经济指标组成的多目标决策系统,其难点是如何定量该系统中各评价准则和各评价指标的权重。为此,本文探讨了把层次分析法(AHP)作为评价模型的具体建模过程。针对AHP中判断矩阵的一致性问题,直接从判断矩阵的定义出发,提出用加速遗传算法,同时计算AHP中各要素的排序权值和检验判断矩阵一致性的新模型(AGA-AHP)。理论分析和实例分析的初步结果说明:AGA-AHP模型直观、可行且有效,计算结果稳定、精度高,在水资源系统工程实践中具有重要的理论意义和广泛的应用价值。 |

An analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is introduced into the evaluation system of municipal flood control programming schemes to quantify the weight of various evaluation criterion and index. In order to deal with the consistency of discrimination matrix in AHP, an improved analytic hierarchy process mode based on accelerating genetic algorithm (AGA), the model for checking the consistency of discrimination ranking weight and calculate the ranking weight in AHP are proposed. The applications show that the AGA-AHP model is feasible and effect, its computational results are stable and possess high accuracy. |
