| The numerical simulation for transportation and distribution of light non-aqueous phase liquids in unsaturated heterogeneous soils was carried out.Attention was paid on the effects of layering of coarse and fine soils on the mobility and entrapment of the liquid in vadose zone.The analysis result may help to understand the contaminating process of light non aqueous phase liquid and to assess the extent of contamination. |
