| In a complete and sound ecosystem, water bodies and biological groups rely and affect on each other. Consequently, the self-cleaning capability of rivers and lakes is enhanced. The hydraulics would absorb and be integrated with the theory of ecology. The eco-hydraulics would be established and developed. When satisfying the people's various needs for water, it is also vital to maintain a complete and mutually reliant aquatic ecosystem, restore a clean water environment and achieve harmony co-existence between mankind and nature. |
