| 针对承载能力评价方法的研究，提出了水资源承载能力综合评价的投影寻踪方法。对于多因素影响的水资源承载能力综合评价问题，依据样本自身的数据特性寻求最优的投影方向，通过线性投影计算反映评价样本综合特征信息的投影特征指标，根据这一指标可以形象、直观地对样本进行分类或评价。该方法避免了诸如各评价因素权重确定的人为任意性。将此方法用于全国30个省、市、区和淮河流域水资源承载能力的综合评价，结果表明该方法切实可行且可操作性强。 |

| A new method, projection pursuit, was used to evaluate water resources carrying capacity in river basins. Projection pursuit can be used to project high dimensional data to low dimensional space and find the main characteristic in 1-D space, which can synthesize the characteristics of water resources carrying capacity index. This new method was used to classify of the water resources carrying capacity for regronal development in China and to evaluate of water resources carrying capacity in the Huai he River basin. The results show that projection pursuit is capable in analyzing the water resources carrying capacity in practice. |
