| 本文在对水资源承载能力概念、研究现状、存在问题及其与可持续发展关系分析的基础上，从力学概念出发，将荷载作用下的结构构件与承载社会经济发展的水资源系统进行比较分析，认为水资源承载能力应准确的称为水资源可持续承载能力。针对当前水资源承载能力研究存在的问题，提出在可持续发展的框架下研究水资源承载能力的研究思路，选用反映水资源系统最终承载对象，即人口及其生活质量的指标作为水资源可持续承载能力指标，并对其作出了数学描述。 |

| The concept of sustainable capacity of water resources is established based on the analog of the capacity of a structural component under the action of loading. Four indexes related to population and living quality are selected as the main indexes expressing the characteristics of sustainable capacity of water resources. Mathematical description of water resources sustainable capacity is suggested. The way for further investigation of this subject is proposed. |
