| 根据一般双层地基上堤防非稳定渗流有限元计算成果，分析出单宽渗流量、堤背脚下承压水头和堤身浸润线高度等渗流关键值在洪峰过程中的峰值经验公式，供设计管理堤防者参考。从而可以更简便地计算堤坡稳定性和判定堤内是否发生管涌破坏以及是否需要设防渗墙等渗控措施。 |

| Based on the calculation results of unsteady seepage in levees the empirical formulas for maximum value of important parameters in the process of flood including seepage discharge per unit length,height of saturation line and pressure head at the toe are deduced.The formulas can easily by used to calculate the stability of levee and find out the risk of piping erosion. |
