| 水利水电工程项目后评价的特点是既要考虑定量指标也要考虑许多难以量化的定性指标的影响，即为多指标半结构性评价问题。本文提出多指标半结构性模糊分析评价方法，并将其应用于水利水电工程项目后评价中，把定性指标和定量指标相结合，从而给水利水电工程一个更加全面合理的后评价结果。最后通过我国某水利水电工程后评价实例验证了其可行性与合理性。 |

| The fuzzy multi-objective semi-structural evaluation method is proposed. In this method both qualitative and quantitative indexes for assessing the advantages and disadvantages of water projects are comprehensively integrated for post evaluation. An example is given for demonstration of its application. It shows that the method is feasible and reasonable. |
