      引滦入津工程中的尔王庄暗渠泵站具有调节水库,进出水结构复杂,装有10台性能差异很大的水泵机组需要制订一套最经济的运行方式。本文采用切比雪夫法拟合了每台水泵机组的性能曲线,对各种工况下水泵机组的性能优劣进行了排序,对如此复杂的边界条件和约束条件建立了最优化的数学模型,用动态规划法进行了求解,综合确定各种工况下机组的最优组合和最佳叶片角度以获得供水能耗最小的运行方式。现场测试结果表明:按本系统提供的经济运行方案运行,单位输水耗电量最少,泵站节能达6.3%以上。
英文摘要:
      The Erwangzhuang Pump Station is the control center for water allocation of the water diversion project from Luanhe River to Tianjin. The Station has regulation reservoirs at the inlet and outlet respectively and equipped with 10 pumps with various performances. An optimal operation program is drawn up to attain the most economic operation model. The Chebyshey method is adopted to fit the performance curve for each ump. Then, the ranking of the pump according to the performance for different operation mode is carried out and the mathematical model for optimization of operation mode is established. The dynamic programming method is applied to derive the solution. Consequently, the best combination of pumps with suitable blade angle for different operation mode achieving the minimum energy assumption can be obtained. By using this optimal operation program the electricity assumption of the Station reduced by 6.3%.
