      本文依据南水北调中线工程规划设计方案,在分析水源区和受水区径流丰枯遭遇并遵循丹江口水库调度原则的条件下,计算了充分利用水库汛期的弃水和中线工程输水渠道的过水能力,向黄河相机补水的可能水量;根据分析结果提出了实施方案和相应的政策建议。结果表明,向黄河相机的补水量,多年平均为2.13亿m3(2010水平年)和2.79亿m3(2030水平年),最多年份可达24.10亿m3(2010水平年)和31.01亿m3(2030水平年)。能够向黄河补水的时间多为黄河偏丰、丰水期和汛期,补水时机不太有利。
英文摘要:
      According to the principle of water balance the amount of opportune surplus water supply to the Yellow River by South to North Water Transfer Middle Route Project is calculated. The variations of hydrological condition both in water providing area and water receiving area due to difference in local weather are taken into account, and the surplus water must be the abandoned water of Danjiangkou Reservoir which can be transferred by the channel of Water Transfer Project not exceeding its transfer capacity. The analysis result shows that the annually averaged water amount to be transferred is 0.213×109m3( for 2010 scenario) or 0.279×109m3(for 2030 scenario), the maximum is 2.41×109m3(for 2010 scenario) or 3.11×109m3 (for 2030 scenario). The periods for water supply are in the flood season of the Yellow River.
