对96个圆台柱体试件的新老混凝土粘结面渗透性进行了试验研究,分析了界面处理方法、界面剂类型以及粗糙度等对粘结面渗透性能的影响,并对粘结面的渗流特性及层面力学参数,如粘结面等效水力隙宽、渗透系数以及渗透规律进行了初步探讨。结果表明,新老混凝土粘结面的渗透性大于新老混凝土本体的渗透性,粘结面是其渗水的主要通道,界面剂可改善粘结面的抗渗性能。在粘结面渗水高度量测的基础上,根据渗透压力和渗水高度,推导了粘结面的等效水力隙宽及渗透系数的计算公式,粘结面的渗流基本上属于层流渗流,粘结面的等效水力隙宽在0.11~0.27μm之间,渗透系数多数在1.1×10-10~4.8×10-9cm/s之间,个别高达1.8×10-4~2.5×10-4cm/s。 |

The permeability of fresh-old concrete bonding interface in 96 cylindrical specimens is studied experimentally. The influences of surface cleaning measure, bonding agent and surface roughness on the permeability are investigated and the characteristics and mechanical parameters of bonding interface are analyzed. The results show that the impermeability of the interface is lower than the impermeability of concrete and the bonding agent can improve the impermeability of the interface. The formulas for calculating permeability coefficient and equivalent width of hydraulic fracture of the interface are proposed based on the experimental data. |
