      首先对混凝土坝温控防裂技术的发展进行回顾与展望。在此基础上,对抗裂安全系数的取值、材料抗裂性能的改进、基础温差和上下层温差的控制、表面保温和养护等问题进行了分析,指出安全系数偏低和对表面保护认识上的片面性是导致无坝不裂的重要原因。文中提出,在适当提高安全系数,严格控制基础温差、做好早期表面保护的基础上,再做好长期表面保护,就有可能防止施工期出现裂缝,这些经验己在工程实践中证明是正确的。若再把长期保温板改进为永久保温板,则可在增加工程费用不多的条件下实现混凝土坝的永久不裂。
英文摘要:
      A review on the development of concrete cracking prevention by means of temperature control is presented. The determination of safety coefficient for cracking prevention, the improvements of properties of concrete, the permissible temperature difference in the dam concrete as well as the surface insulation measure are emphati cally discussed. It is pointed out that the low standard of safety coefficient for cracking prevention and insufficient surface thermal insulation are the major causes resulting in the occurrence of cracking. The experiences of engineering practice show that the adoption of higher safety coefficient, strictly controlling of concrete temperature and paying more attention to the surface thermal insulation are very effective in preventing the occurrence of cracking. On this basis if the temporary surface insulation plates are improved and used as permanent insulation material the ideality of concrete dam without cracking will be realized.
