| 本文将广义水资源合理配置理论与方法应用于我国宁夏自治区，制订了广义水资源配置方案，分析了2010水平年方案集配置结果，并进行生态、经济、环境和水循环响应的量化研究。从一系列方案中优选出合理的推荐方案，通过推荐方案的全口径供需平衡分析，研究不同口径的宁夏区域水资源供需平衡状况。结果表明，该方案能够实现宁夏区域农业用水向工业和生活转移的目标，支撑区域经济系统和生态系统的协调发展。 |

| The rational deployment model of generalized water resources proposed by the authors is applied to work out the water deployment scheme for Ningxia Autonomous Region. The scheme set for 2010 water resources level is carefully analyzed and the quantitative responses of water recycling to ecological, economy, environment are studied. The best scheme is selected and the overall balance of water supply and water demand for this scheme is analyzed. Furthermore, the balance status of water supply and water demand on different levels are studied. The result shows that the implementation of the recommended scheme will ensure the realization of the objective of transforming agricultural water use to industrial and domestic use and realize the harmonic development of economy and eco system in this region. |
