      通过对松花江干流多年水沙过程、纵剖面及横断面形态、河道稳定性计算及河势变化分析,表明松花江干流河势总体相对稳定。针对松花江以推移质造床为主,输沙水量不是维持河道稳定的决定性因素的特点,提出了包含水量、流量和历时要求的维持河道稳定需水量的概念,以典型断面哈尔滨站为例,给出了维持松花江干流河道稳定的需水量为173×10.8m3,占全年总水量的40%;维持松花江干流河道稳定的平滩流量过程的重现期为1.3a,频率为9.6%。说明松花江干流水量充沛,平滩洪水重现和持续历时符合造床条件,基本能够满足维持河道稳定的需求。
英文摘要:
      The variation law of discharge sediment and the composition of bed load in the Songhua River are analyzed according to the observed data from 1955 to 2003. The result indicates that the amount of suspension sediment is small which is not enough to provide for erosion during large discharge. The River belongs to the type of low sediment and the riverbed is mainly form by bed load. The analysis on the transverse profile and cross sections of the river verifies that the river is stable in this period. The idea of water demand for maintaining the stability of river channel is suggested which means the minimum water amount both fulfill the demand of transportation of bed load in dry season and large enough to form bankfull flow with necessary reappeared frequency and duration. The data analysis result shows that the water amount for maintaining the stability of the river is 173×10.8m3 which is about the 40% of the total annual water amount, and the appearance frequency of the discharge larger than bankfull flow is about 9.6%. It may be concluded that the water amount of the Songhua River is large enough to maintain the stability of the river.
