景洪水电站的水力浮动式升船机是通过改变设置在竖井中的平衡重浮筒与承船厢重量之差来驱动整个系统运行。本文根据设计方案,分别建立输水系统能量方程、平衡重浮筒——承船厢系统的运动方程和竖井充泄水的连续方程,并构成了水力浮动式升船机整个系统的仿真数学模型。通过计算,得到了输水系统水力特性及承船厢运行特性参数的变化过程。结果表明,承船厢运行速度平稳,最大加速度为 0.009m/s2,不超过加速度设计要求限值,说明水力浮动式升船机输水系统能够保证承船厢的稳定运行,竖井、平衡重浮筒及承船厢的布置型式是合理的。 |

The working principle of the floating shiplift in Jinghong Hydro Project is utilizing the weight difference between navigation chamber and float type counter weight to operate the installation. The numerical simulation of the operation process of this shiplift is carried out to check if the parameters of the designed scheme are feasible. The model for simulation consists of the energy equation of the water conveyance system, kinetic equation of the movement of float counter weight navigation chamber system and the continuous equation describing the emptying and filling process of the shaft wells accommodating the float counter weights. The hydraulic characteristics of the water conveyance system and the movement of navigation chamber are studied. The result shows that the moving speed of the navigation chamber is stable with maximum acceleration 0.010m/s2, which is lower than the design limitation. It verifies the reasonability of the design scheme. |
