采用带切口的双面剪切试件,进行了冻融循环作用下钢纤维混凝土Ⅱ型断裂性能的试验研究。钢纤维体积率分别为0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的混凝土试件在-17℃~8℃范围内经受0、25、50、 75次冻融循环,分析了钢纤维体积率、冻融循环次数对混凝土Ⅱ型断裂性能的影响。结果表明,冻融循环和钢纤维体积率对混凝土Ⅱ型断裂性能有明显的影响。冻融循环次数一定时,随钢纤维体积率的增加,混凝土Ⅱ型断裂韧度有较大提高,最大断裂韧度增益比可达241.9%;钢纤维体积率一定时,随冻融循环次数的增加,Ⅱ型断裂韧度逐渐下降。最后,在试验结果的基础上提出了冻融循环条件下钢纤维混凝土Ⅱ型断裂韧度、抗压强度以及劈拉强度的计算公式。 |

The mode Ⅱ fracture properties of steel fiber reinforced concrete subjected to cyclic freezing and thawing were investigated by means of shear fracture test. The notched specimens were 100mm×100mm×400mm in dimensions with different volume ratios of steel fiber to concrete. The cyclic freezing and thawing temperature varied between -17℃ and +8℃. Four sets of specimen experienced differ
ent cycles including 0, 25, 50 and 75 respectively were tested. The result shows that the freezing-thawing cycles and the volume fraction of fiber have significant influences on the fracture properties. For the same cycles the fracture toughness increases obviously with the increase of fiber volume fraction and the
biggest increment ratio of the toughness reaches 241.9%. The fracture toughness decreases with the increase of freezing_thawing cycles under the condition of the same fiber volume fraction. Based on the experimental data the formulas for calculating the mode Ⅱ fracture toughness and compressive strength as well as splitting tensile strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete subjected to free
