| 本文论述了人水和谐的概念和内涵，并以健康、发展、和谐三大量化准则为框架，构建了人水和谐量化指标体系。通过单指标的定量描述、多指标的综合描述以及多准则的集成方法，量化了人水和谐程度等级，提出了人水和谐度的计算方法；最后通过郑州市应用实例表明，本文所建立的指标体系和计算方法是可行的。 |

| The concept and connotation of human water harmony are demonstrated. The quantitative index system for human water harmony is established based on the framework formed by standards of healthiness, development and harmony. The index system is composed of four layers, namely target layer, criteria layer, classification layer and index layer. The harmony degree is quantified according to the quantitative description of single index, comprehensive description of multiple indexes and the method of integrating multiple standards. The method for calculating the harmony degree is suggested. The application to Zhengzhou City shows that the proposed system and method are feasible. |
