某抽水蓄能电站采用埋藏式月牙肋岔管,岔管HD值3.500m2,且围岩条件较差。采用作者自行开发的月牙肋岔管体形设计程序(CrbpCAD)和商用ANSYS软件,考虑岔管与围岩联合承载,采用三维有限元方法讨论了岔管布置形式、分岔角、围岩单位弹性抗力系数、缝隙值、主管直径等因素对岔管结构设计的影响。研究认为,对称布置、较大的分岔角、减小管径对岔管结构有利,围岩条件越好、缝隙值越小对围岩与岔管联合承载越有利,然而分岔角增大、管径减小会增大能量损失,应通过经济技术比较确定合适的分岔角和管径。 |

The factors affecting the structure characteristics of the crescent_rib reinforced bifurcated pipe with high HD in a pumped storage hydropower station are studied by using 3_D FEM analysis with the interaction between pipe and surrounding rock taken into account. The factors include bifurcation layout, bifurcated angle, diameter of main pipe, coefficient of unit elastic resistance of surrounding rock and initial gap between bifurcation wall and surrounding rock. It is found that symmetrical layout, large bifurcated angle and reduction of pipe diameter are in favor of the structure of bifurcation. Furthermore, good surrounding rock condition and small gap are advantageous to the joint bearing capacity of bifurcation with rock. However, the increase of bifurcation angle and decrease of pipe diameter will result in a rise of head loss, so that the appropriate angle and pipe diameter should be determined according to the comprehensive comparison both from technical and economic points of view. |
