| 黄河流域多数灌区存在着耗水机理不清、水资源利用率低、土壤次生盐碱化等许多问题。为合理配置和有效利用灌区地表、地下水资源，改善灌区生态环境，本文选择内蒙古河套灌区的义长灌域作为研究区域，建立了非农区-农区-水域的水盐运移及均衡模型，并利用该模型对水分在各个环节的转化与消耗、以及水盐的迁移进行了定量分析。结果显示，农区脱盐量的 75％随地下水迁移到了非农区，说明了灌区内排水和旱排的重要性。 |

| A model expressing the transfer and balance of water and soil among non farming area, farming area and water area is established based on the balance of incoming and discharged water and salt of the Changyi Irrigated District, located at the Hetou Region of Yellow River. The model is applied to quantitatively analyze the transformation and consumption as well as the transfer of water and salt in the process of irrigation. The result shows that about 75% of salt drained from farming area is transferred into non farming area, which means that the function of interior drainage and dry drainage are very effective. |
