      以三峡右岸电站某机组段厂房为例,利用有限元方法,分析了裂缝的存在对厂房自振和受迫振动特性的影响。采用了三种简化的裂缝处理方案,并针对每一种方案比较了有裂缝结构和无裂缝结构的动态特性。在受迫振动分析中,研究了脉动水压力作用下厂房的动力反应,包括振动位移、速度、加速度以及振动应力。结果表明,蜗壳外围混凝土薄弱部位出现的裂缝对蜗壳局部刚度有较大的降低,但对厂房整体特别是上部结构的动力特性影响较小;裂缝的存在没有使结构的振动水平超过推荐限值。
英文摘要:
      The FEM was applied to analyze the effect of cracks in surrounding concrete of spiral case on natural vibration response and forced vibration response characteristics of hydropower house in the Three Gorges Hydropower Project. Two simplified schemes for modeling the cracks were adopted and the dynamic characteristics of the structure having different types of crack distribution are compared with those without crack. In the analysis of forced vibration induced by water pressure pulsation acting on the flow passage the dynamic response of powerhouse including vibration displacement, velocity, acceleration and stress were studied. Numerical calculation results show that the presence of cracks may obviously reduce the rigidity of the local structure members but will not significantly affects the dynamic characteristics of the upper part structures. It is concluded that the vibration of powerhouse with the existing damages and cracks are still not excess the recommended vibration limits.
