      本文通过4个钢衬钢纤维自应力混凝土压力管道的模型试验,研究了钢纤维自应力混凝土对压力管道裂缝控制的影响因素,近似地将外包混凝土看作是轴心受拉构件,采用与现有混凝土规范相对应的模式提出了钢纤维自应力混凝土压力管道的裂缝宽度计算方法。试验表明,该裂缝宽度计算模型物理力学意义表达明确,利用钢纤维和自应力混凝土可以有效地降低管道外包混凝土的裂缝宽度,且试验结果与本文公式计算结果吻合良好。
英文摘要:
      The experimental study for 4 steel lined steel fiber reinforced self stressing concrete penstocks is carried out to study the factors influencing the cracking of penstocks and to find out the method for calculating the width of cracks. The embracing steel fiber concrete is approximately regarded as a component experienced axial tensile force and the formula for calculating the crack width is deduced by adopting the model corresponding to the current design specification. The test result shows that the steel fibers and self stressing effect can effectively reduce the crack widths of the concrete penstock. The calculation formula is in good agreement with experimental data.
