基于CFD软件和自然通风湿式冷却塔相关理论,对气流运动采用标准k-ε湍流模型,喷淋区和雨区采用离散相模型计算,对填料区建立了基于Poppe理论的数值求解模型。并通过编译自定义源项函数,实现其在FLUENT中的求解。基于该模型,在不考虑自然风情况下,对某300MW机组自然通风冷却塔的气水流动与热质交换进行数值模拟。分析了淋水密度、进塔水温和环境条件对冷却塔热力特性的影响。计算结果表明:基于CFD软件的冷却塔数值求解模型有很好的适用性,淋水密度和环境条件对出塔水温影响很大。 |

The software FLUENT and related theory are applied to study the heat and mass transfer as well as the air_water flow inside a natural draft wet cooling tower. The standard k-ε turbulence model is used to calculate the air flow and the discrete phase model is applied to simulate the spray and raining zone. A numerical model based on Poppe's theory for analyzing the performance of filling material is established. By using the user_defined source terms to represent the heat and mass transfer the model can solved within the framework of the FLUENT. The proposed model is used to analyze the thermal performance of a natural draft wet cooling tower for 300MW generator set. The effects of spray water rate and ambient condition on thermal performance of the cooling tower are analyzed. The calculation result demonstrates that the software FLUENT is suitable to the numerical calculation of cooling water, and the effects of spray water flow and ambient condition are significant. |
