      根据景观生态学理论,借助地理信息系统工具,采用定量的方法分析工程景观格局状况,通过建立水电开发建设规划方案的景观格局变化评价的指标体系和评价方法,研究水电开发规划方案对区域景观格局的影响。本方法应用于黄河上游黑山峡河段水电开发建设方案析分析。结果表明:不同规划方案实施后对原有生态环境均产生了一定影响。通过对不同方案与研究区域生态现状进行灰色关联分析,红山峡、五佛、小观音和大柳树4个坝址均修建低坝的方案的景观格局指数最高,研究区域景观生态风险最小。最终确定该方案为最优方案,该方案对区域原有生态体系性质和功能影响较小。
英文摘要:
      Based on the theory for landscape ecology and using the GIS technology the effect of cascade hydropower development scheme on regional landscape pattern can be quantitatively studied by establishing the index system of assessment and corresponding assessment method. This idea is applied to analyze the schemes for developing the hydropower of the Heishanxia river section in Upper Yellow River. The result indicates that different development schemes have different effects on regional ecological environment. The ecological states of different schemes using grey relation analysis show that the scheme adopting low dams, including the dams located at Hongshanxia, Wufu, Xiaoguanyin and Daliushu, has high landscape index and low landscape ecological risk. This scheme may be regarded as the best scheme because the impact on original ecosystem is comparative small.
