      研制了采用高强高弹模聚乙烯醇纤维作为增强材,以精制水泥砂浆为基体的超高韧性水泥基复合材料。本文通过单轴拉伸试验、四点弯曲试验、单轴抗压试验、三点弯曲断裂试验研究了这种新型材料的抗拉、抗弯、抗压和抗裂性能。试验结果表明,该材料在拉伸和弯曲荷载作用下具有假应变硬化和多缝开裂特性,以及高延性、高韧性和高能量吸收能力。极限荷载时的最大裂缝宽度在50μm左右。拉伸和弯曲试验测得的极限拉伸应变在3%以上,平均裂缝间距1mm左右。其抗压强度类似于混凝土,抗压弹性模量较低,但受压变形能力比普通混凝土大很多。通过三点弯曲断
英文摘要:
      A type of ultra high toughness cementitious composite reinforced by polyvinyl alcohol fibers was developed. The tensile strength, flexural strength and breaking resistance of this type of material were studied by uniaxial tensile tests, uniaxial compressive tests, four point flexural tests and three point flexural fracture tests. The results show that this type of ultra high toughnesscementitious composite exhibits the characteristics of pseudo strain hardening, multiple cracking and high ductility as well as high energy absorption. The crack width at ultimate load is about 50μm. The ultimate strain excesses 3% and the average crack space is about 1mm. The compressive strength is similar to that of concrete but the elastic modulus is lower and the compressive deformation capacity is much higher than that of concrete. The three point flexural fracture test results demonstrate that the ultimate load and corresponding deformation of this type of composite are much higher than those of its matrix. The test results of notched specimens show that the single cracking in this composite can be split into multiple small cracking and the composite is insensitive to small notch. All test results demonstrate that this type of composite can keep integrality very well at its failure rather than the happening of fragmentation.
