      在监测有机氯农药、邻苯二甲酸酯和多环芳烃污染的基础上,应用健康风险评价方法,从饮用水暴露、洗浴皮肤暴露和食用鱼类等水产品3个途径评价了长江武汉段水体中典型有毒有机物污染对人体的健康风险。结果表明,长江武汉段个人年致癌风险为5.37×10^-8~1.67×10^-4年^-1,苯并(a)蒽(BaA)是主要的风险贡献者。非致癌风险平均为2.19×10^-10年^-1,远低于国际辐射防护委员会推荐水平。不同暴露途径健康风险的对比表明,食用鱼类等水产品是水体中有毒有机污染物危害人体健康的最主要途径,其对人体健康总
英文摘要:
      The health risk assessment method was applied to assess the health risk caused by the typical toxic organic pollutions in water of Wuhan reach in Yangtze River based on the monitored data, including the levels of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), phthalic esters (PAEs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). These toxic organic pollutions may enter the humanbody through drinking water, dermal contact and fish consumption. The results show that the carcinogenic risk indexes varies from 5.37×10^-8a^-1to 1.67×10^-4a^-1, with the greatest health risk being caused by benzo (a) pyrene (BAA). At the meantime, the averaged non-carcinogenic risk index is 2.19×10^-10a^-1, which is much lower than the maximum tolerable value recommended by ICRP. The comparison of health risks of different routes of exposure shows that the fish consumption is the main route of organic pollution endangering the human health, its contribution to the total risk is much higher than that of drinking water and dermal contact.
